Description

Avenue Lodge Cottage has origins dating back to the 17th century, with further work undertaken in the 18th or 19th century. It is a two-storey building constructed of brick, featuring a tiled roof and a brick cornice table to the eaves. The cottage has three windows across the front, with a centrally positioned window and a hooded entrance projecting forward as an advanced bay, topped with a Dutch gable. Inside, the roof timbers are of oak.
