Description

Avenue Cottage has its origins in the 17th century and features a later gable. It forms a pair with Avenue Lodge Cottage, situated on either side of the avenue leading to Ham House. The building is two storeys tall, constructed of brick with a tiled roof and a brick modillion cornice table at the eaves. It has three windows across the front, with a central window and a hooded entrance set in an advanced bay that includes a Dutch gable. Inside, the cottage has an oak roof.
