Description

Whitehall is an 18th-century double span house located on Botwell Lane in Hayes. The building has three storeys and two windows facing south, with an early 19th-century two-storey addition to the east that also features two windows. The original section has a hipped roof that has been renewed with machine tiles, while the newer part has a low-pitched hipped roof covered with slates. The walls are rendered, and the windows include recessed sash types, some with glazing bars and others with margin lights. A large tripartite window from the late 19th century is found on the ground floor of the newer section. The windows in the older part are framed with reeded wood surrounds, and the doors have been altered. There are also late 19th-century extensions at the back.
