Description

The Ship Public House is a building that may date back to the 17th century but has undergone significant alterations. It is primarily two storeys tall and features a timber-framed structure with a central entrance and a hipped roof covered in old tiles. The main façade consists of four bays, including a single bay extension to the east, and is adorned with applied timber-framing across the entire front. On the ground floor, there are two canted bay windows and two modern casement windows, while the first floor has four modern casement windows. The building also has various rear outshots and extensions, including a two-storey wing that likely dates from the 18th century.
