Description

The barn south-west of Headstone Manor, dating from around 1600, is a large structure consisting of 10 bays. It features queen-post trusses and has low walls that are covered with weatherboarding, which was renewed around 1975. The barn has a large roof made of old tiles and includes two projecting gable doorways designed for vehicles. There is a low arcade that was formerly open for farm carts, supported by shaped brackets.
