Description
Nos 32 and 32A in Court Yard is a late 16th-century building that was refronted in the early 18th century. It has two storeys and features ten windows in total, with No 32 having six and No 32A having four. The building is adjacent to No 34 on the left side and has a high-pitched tiled roof that is hipped on the right. The front of the building is now roughcast. It includes sash windows with thick glazing bars, most of which have been renewed, set in near-flush box frames. No 32 features a later six-panel door within a moulded architrave, complemented by a doorcase with panelled pilasters, a pulvinated frieze, and a cornice hood with a pediment supported by heavy, carved consoles. To the left of this door is a small six-panel door in a plain frame. The buildings on the west side of Court Yard form a group.
