Description

This is a section of a 16th-century red brick wall located to the east of the north end of the north bridge over the moat at Eltham Palace. The wall extends from the east angle of the bridge along the south side of the path to a point opposite the southeast corner of the gatehouse garden. It is a low wall and is the only remaining part of the original structure, with a modern wooden fence placed on top.
