Description
The North Bridge across Eltham Palace Moat is a late 15th-century bridge featuring four 4-centred arches with stone-faced sides. It has double stone ribs that are hollow-chamfered to brick archivolts. The bridge includes pointed cutwaters with chamfered tops and a drip mould located about one foot above the points of the arches. Additionally, there is a red brick parapet topped with roll-moulded stone coping.
