Description
No. 39 Fairfield Grove is one of a pair of two-storey houses built in the 18th century. The house is stuccoed, with a decorative cornice and blocking course concealing a low-pitched, slated, hipped roof. A sill string runs across the first floor. The sash windows have glazing bars and plain reveals, with vermiculate keystones above. The return side has a six-panel door, all panels glazed. Nos. 25 to 39 (odd) combine to form a notable group.
