Description

This is an early to mid-18th century house located on the east side of Feathers Place. It is two windows wide and has three storeys plus a sunken basement. The exterior is stuccoed, featuring incised lines and a second-floor band. A mid-19th century parapet front conceals a hipped pantiled roof. The house has a half-glazed door with plain reveals, along with sash windows with vertical bars on the upper floors and a modern casement window below. Cast iron area railings are present. The interior retains the original staircase, some original fireplaces, wood panelling, and partitions.
