Description
15 Park Vista is a late 18th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It stands three storeys tall and features five windows, constructed from multicoloured stock brick. The parapet and part of the second floor have been rebuilt. A moulded cornice runs along the second floor level, with a wood sign board above it that is now painted white, spanning the entire width of the building. The recessed sash windows, which have glazing bars and are set in stucco lined reveals, feature gauged, flat brick arches; all the windows on the ground and first floors have been renewed. The entrance door consists of four fielded panels and four glazed panels, set in a deep reveal with a moulded architrave. The doorcase is Ionic, adorned with a dentil cornice and a pediment. There is a modern glazed cover over the street entrance.
