Description

The bridge at Rammey Lock is a canal bridge built in 1835 for the Trustees of the Lee Navigation, with the surveyor being James R Griggs. It is constructed of cast iron and features wrought-iron ties and railings, which consist of four posts and two rails on each side. The bridge is supported by shouldering plinths made of banded stone and brick.
