Description
The Old Vestry Office is a small, lodge-like building dating from around 1800. It features a two-storey central section with one-storey wings that are canted back. The exterior is finished in stucco, with a first-floor band that continues as a frieze along the side wings. There is an impost band above the round-headed windows in the wings. The central entrance consists of a double door, now half-glazed, set within a quasi-entablature surround topped with a pediment. The building has sash windows, some of which retain glazing bars. The central first-floor window is a round-headed tripartite design located in a round-arched recess. The roof is low-pitched and hipped, covered with slate.
