Uvedale House itself is a two-story, three-window building with a high-pitched hipped tiled roof and two modern dormers. The facade is painted brick and features modern square oriels on the first floor and wide casements below. Uvedale Cottage has a two-story, two-window front with a high-pitched tiled roof, sash windows with glazing bars and external shutters. The door is of four fielded panels with beaded detail. Uvedale House is included on the register for group value alongside the north-east building of Enfield Grammar School.
