  1. Dated 1904. Small 2-storey baroque building of red brick with stone dressings. 3-bay front with slightly canted outer bays, the whole treated as one large Dutch gable. Parapets of outer bays curve upwards and a heavy segmental pediment and cornice crown the centre. These rest on panelled 1st floor pilasters of brighter red brick. Rusticated architraves to sash windows. Royal Arms of Edward VII at ground floor centre. Entrance on right return: round arch, with moulded architrave and keystone, is framed in entablature surround with swags in spandrels. Side elevation is one-storey only but with another Dutch gable towards the back.
