Description

Cherry Tree Cottage is a late 17th century timber-framed building located on Coulsdon Road. It stands two storeys high and features three casement windows. The doorway is offset to the left, and the cottage has an old tile roof that is hipped at the north end. At the south end, there is a later and taller two-storey cross-wing, likely built of brick, which has applied timber framing. The cottage also includes a side entrance and a rear end stack.
