Description

Lilac House and Pondfield House are an early to mid 19th century pair of houses. They are two storeys tall and have a stucco exterior with a slate roof. Each house features two sash windows with intact glazing bars. Both houses have a one-storey extension, also stuccoed and with a slate roof. Pondfield House includes a porch and steps leading to street level, while Lilac House has a neo-Georgian pedimented doorcase that has been added.
