Kevington Cottage and Oak Cottage are 17th century timber-framed Wealden houses. The ground floor has been rebuilt in brick, while the first floor oversails and is plastered, with exposed timbering in one area. They feature a hipped tiled roof and casement windows, with a small bay in the center. The buildings are two storeys high and have four windows.
