Description

Friarlands is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed cottage located on Coldwaltham Park Road. The building features plaster infilling and curved braces on the first floor, while the ground floor has been rebuilt in red brick. It has a hipped tiled roof with a pentice at the south end. The cottage is two storeys high and has three casement windows.
