Description

Ivy Cottage is an 18th-century building located on London Road in Coldwaltham. It has two storeys and features two windows. The exterior is constructed of coursed Pulborough stone with red brick dressings and quoins, while the ground floor has been rebuilt using large rough flints. The cottage is topped with a thatched roof and has casement windows.
