Woodpeckers is a 17th century or earlier L-shaped timber-framed building located on Kings Lane in Coldwaltham. It features red brick infilling, with the south end refaced using Pulborough stone, complemented by red brick dressings and quoins. The building has a tiled roof and includes casement windows. It stands two storeys tall and has six windows in total.
