Description

Brook Cottage is likely the result of combining two cottages into one house. It is a timber-framed building that dates back to the 17th century or earlier. The exterior has been refaced with Wealden sandstone rubble, which is set in galletting, and features red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is half-hipped and covered with tiles. The house has casement windows and consists of one storey with an attic, featuring five windows in total and three gabled dormers. There is also a modern T-wing added to the east side of the building.
