Description

The former Hollycombe Engine House is a disused engine-house that has been restored, dating from the late 19th century. It is a small, one-storey building constructed of stone rubble, featuring dressings, quoins, and some patching with red brick and grey headers. The west side has two brick buttresses. The roof is tiled and adorned with terra-cotta cresting. The building includes casement windows, round-headed double doors, and a round-headed window on the south front, as well as two windows on the west front. There is no machinery inside.
