Description

Crofton Farmhouse is a 15th-century timber-framed hall house located on Crofton Lane in Orpington. It features a king-post roof and screens, with the passage bit having been refaced in the 18th century. The building is L-shaped and has two storeys made of red brick. It has a hipped pantiled roof that includes two dormers, three mullioned casements, and a simple doorcase on the left side, which is topped with a weather-hood supported by brackets. The left side elevation is rendered.
