Description

Perry Hall Farmhouse is an 18th-century, two-story building constructed of red brick with grey brick headers. It has a tiled roof that slopes to a single-story height at the rear, and features two hipped dormers and three sash windows. The windows have cambered arches. A doorcase, featuring an architrave with pilasters, provides access to a six-panelled door. A flint plinth runs along the base of the building. The side elevation contains two narrow windows.
