Description

Rowlands is an L-shaped building located on High Street in St Mary Cray, originally constructed in the 18th century. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring four windows and two hipped dormers. The building includes a brick dentil band and a moulded wooden eaves cornice, topped with a tiled roof. The southeast wing, which has two windows and one dormer, was added in the early 19th century. The exterior is made of red brick with grey headers, and the glazing bars are intact on the first floor only.
