Elevations dominated by gables with hipped peaks; stacks to outer corners; outside return with two-span gables. Half-timbered porches to upper floor wing of each on rear. Identical to Nos. 9 and 11 (q.v.) .Nos. 1-15 odd (q.v.) form an excellent group.
