Description
Heath House, built around 1915 by Soutar Welsh, is a two-storey building made of red brick. It features a 1-3-1 arrangement of wood mullioned leaded casements, most of which have transoms. The ends of the building project outward, and there is a round arcaded treatment at the centre of the ground floor, which includes a round-headed door. The centre has a coved eaves cornice, while smaller coved eaves are found elsewhere. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles, and there are three hipped dormer windows.
