Description
No. 3 Turner Drive is a 20th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of brown brick. The facade features three windows with leaded casements, with the central window being round-headed. Full height brick pilasters flank the entrance, which has a central door topped with a cornice. On the first floor, there are small brick mullioned windows. The building is capped with a hipped tile roof.
