Description
The building at 21 South Square is a detached house built in the mid-20th century. It is constructed of similar red brick to the adjacent properties at numbers 19 and 20. The design is by the architect Edwin Lutyens. The house has two storeys and three window bays. A central doorway is topped by a hood supported on consoles. There is a dormer window in the roof, and a single-light staircase window on the first floor to either side. The windows are three-light sashes.
