No. 18 Heathgate, built by Sir Edwin Lutyens, features a canted brick central projection on its elevation facing Heathgate. This projection supports a doorcase with a plain architrave and a pulvinated frieze, along with a window situated above it. The building is topped with a prominent eaves cornice.
