Description

The silo at College Farm, built in 1883, was designed by Frederick Chancellor. It features a red brick structure topped with a pyramidal tiled roof that extends to the eaves. The building is two storeys high and has a facade with a pair of full-height convex bays, each containing an integral loading bay. This silo is an integral part of the Express Dairy Company's pioneering model farm.
