Description

The water tower, built around 1880, is constructed of massed concrete and features a three-storey octagonal design. The top of the tower is obscured by vegetation. It has an adjoining wall that includes two round-headed arches, which have been filled in with breeze blocks from the 1960s. This water tower originally served an adjacent laundry that was demolished shortly before the Second World War. It is included as part of an estate group.
