Description

The former stables, built around 1880 for Henry Stephens of Avenue House, are likely the work of Rodgers Field. Constructed from stock brick and topped with a slate roof, the building features a central section that includes one storey and attics, with four windows and two double doors. To the left, there is a three-storey circular tower adorned with a metal finial and penticed openings. On the right side, a two-storey section includes a hayloft door at the first floor level. At the extreme right, there is another two-storey building.
