Description
28A Chapel Street is a house built around 1875. It is constructed of stucco and has a roof that is not visible. The building features a single tall storey with a three-bay front that has three tall blind arches. The central entrance is pedimented, and there are narrow paired sash windows with glazing bars on either side. The property is also adorned with cast iron area railings.
