Description
These are two early 19th-century terraced houses located on Chapel Street in the City of Westminster. The houses are built of brick with stucco applied to the ground floor. The roof is not visible. They are five stories high and each house has two windows across the front. The entrances are round-headed, with stucco architraves, and feature fanlights above the doors; the fanlight to No. 13 is decorative. The panelled door of No. 13 is likely not original. The windows are sash windows with square gauged heads and plate glass. The houses have parapets, first-floor cast iron balconies, and wrought iron area railings.
