Description

This is a row of three houses located on Wilton Place in Westminster, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of yellow brick, with the ground floor finished in channelled stucco. They are four storeys high, plus an attic. Each house has one main bay, with additional narrow, canted outer bays to numbers 29 and 31. Number 30 features arched entrances with decorative fanlights above the doors, and all the houses have panelled doors. The first-floor windows have segmental heads, while the other windows are square-headed with gauged arches. Cast iron area railings are also present. The houses are listed primarily for their group value, in conjunction with numbers 1 to 28 on the same side of Wilton Place.
