Description

This early 19th-century house with a shop on the ground floor is located on William Street, City of Westminster. It is built of yellow brick, with a roof hidden from view, and has four storeys, including an attic. The house is two windows wide. It features square-headed sash windows with gauged heads, and cast iron railings to a first-floor balcony. The windows have plate glass. The front door has been altered. A stucco cornice runs above the second floor. The ground floor has been returned to a good and likely contemporary shop front, with fluted Corinthian pilasters and an entablature, now partially obscured by a later fascia.
