Description

No. 17 Welbeck Street is a terrace house built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features a brown brick façade with a stucco ground floor and a slate roof. The building stands four storeys high with a basement and is two windows wide. To the left, there is a semicircular arched doorway that contains a six-panel door and a radial glazed fanlight above it. The windows are revealed sash types set within stuccoed architraves. The building has a parapet with coping and cast iron balconettes on the first floor. Additionally, the original cast iron area railings are still in place.
