Description
This is a row of early 19th-century houses located on South Eaton Place in London. The buildings are constructed of stucco, with a roof that is not visible. The row comprises three storeys and a basement, with each house having a two-window frontage. Each house has a round-headed entrance with a panelled door leading to the ground floor. A continuous cast iron balcony with an anthemion pattern runs along the first floor. The windows are square-headed and architraved above the ground floor, with mostly surviving original sash windows and glazing bars. A cornice sits above the second floor. The property is further characterized by cast iron area railings.
