Description

No. 52 Berwick Street is a terrace house dating from the 18th century, which was refaced around 1830. It is constructed of brown brick and has a slate roof. The building stands at 3½ storeys with a single bay front. The ground floor was altered in the mid-20th century. The first floor features a Venetian window with glazing bar sash lights, and there is likely a late 18th-century segmental arched tripartite sash window with glazing bars on the second floor. A square sash window is present on the half storey. The building has a parapet with coping. Notable original internal features include the staircase and cornices.
