Description
No 237 is a terraced house located in Knightsbridge, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and stucco, with a roof that is not visible. The building has four storeys and a basement, featuring two windows across the front. The ground floor has channelling and a projecting porch with rounded corners on the left side, leading to a round-headed entrance with a panelled door. Above the entrance, there is a cornice and a parapet. The right-hand window on the ground floor is set in a round-headed reveal. The upper floors have square gauged headed windows, mostly with sash frames and glazing bars, while the first floor features French casements and an individual wrought iron balcony with a Greek key pattern on the right side. The parapet has been rebuilt.
