Description
No 38 Trevor Square is a house built in the early to mid-19th century, with some alterations. It features a stucco facade that is channelled at the ground floor and has a slate mansard roof. The building stands three storeys high, plus a basement and a mansard attic, with an irregular arrangement of five windows across its width. The doorway is located in the centre bay and has a square head, with a 20th-century door. The windows are square headed, framed with architraves, and have cornices above the first and second storey windows. The windows are fitted with sashes and glazing bars. There are cast iron area railings, and the building has a return to Trevor Street. It adjoins Nos. 9-16 Trevor Street but is part of the planned layout of Trevor Square.
