Description
No 1 Trevor Square is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of yellow brick with stucco on the ground floor. The building has three storeys, an attic in a mansard roof, and a basement. It is three windows wide and features a symmetrical design. The central arched doorway has a fanlight and 20th-century panelled doors. The windows are square, gauged headed sashes with glazing bars. There has been some rebuilding, and there is a bow window on the right-hand return. The property is enclosed by wrought iron area railings and adjoins 1-8 Trevor Street, while being part of Trevor Square.
