Description
No 13 is a terraced house built around 1781, constructed from yellow stock brick with a slate roof. The building has four storeys, a basement, and a dormered mansard roof, and it is three windows wide. The ground floor features semi-circular arched windows and a doorway on the left, which includes a radial glazed fanlight and a six-panel door. The upper floors have revealed sash windows without glazing bars, set under flat gauged arches. A stone modillion bracket cornice is located above the second floor, with an enriched plat band above the first floor. There is a geometric pattern cast iron balcony across the first floor, along with wrought iron area railings and an overthrow with a lampholder. The interior includes ceilings and friezes in the Adam style, as well as a geometric staircase with stick balusters.
