Description
No. 52 Floral Street is a terrace house with a shop, built around 1838. It is part of the same construction as Nos 7 and 8 Bow Street. The building features painted brickwork and a slate roof, standing four storeys tall and two windows wide. The shop front, dating from the mid to late 19th century, has had its door and window altered but still retains a wooden frame with a console-bracketed fascia. The upper floors are fitted with recessed glazing bar sashes, which sit under flat gauged arches. The building has a parapet with coping and is included in the listing for its group value.
