Description

This is an end-of-terrace block of chambers with a bank, dating from approximately 1890 to 1900. It is located on Piccadilly, and includes the building at 1 Old Park Lane. The building is constructed of Portland stone and has a slate roof. The architectural style is Free Style Flemish Renaissance, with six storeys and gable attics.

The exterior features pairs of tripartite windows, flanked by a single window, on five storeys facing Piccadilly. There is a canted corner with a similar three-window arrangement to the return. The ground floor has arcaded openings, including a corner entrance. The pairs of mullioned tripartite windows are slightly recessed within vertical panels. An elaborate cornice is present, along with two shaped gables incorporating tripartite windows, a single dormer in the mansard roof, a shaped gable over the corner, and one to the return.
