Description

The Waterloo Vase is a giant ornamental urn located in Buckingham Palace Garden. It was created in 1812 for Napoleon and is made of Carrara marble. After 1815, the vase was enhanced with relief carving by the sculptor Westmacott. The vase stands nearly 15 feet high.
