Description
This is an early 19th-century terrace of houses at 6 to 16 Star Street, City of Westminster. The buildings are constructed of brown brick, with a stucco finish to the ground floor of each bay. Each house has a round-arched entrance, some featuring patterned fanlights above the door. The windows are predominantly 16-pane sashes on the ground floor, and 12-pane sashes above. The windows are set within flat-gauged brick arches, except for number 16, which has stucco architraves. The basement is protected by iron railings topped with urn finials. The terrace forms part of a remarkably complete street of modest early 19th-century houses.
