Description

This is a terrace of eight houses, numbered 11 to 18, located in Cunningham Place, London NW8. The terrace dates to the early to mid-19th century and is constructed of yellow-brown brick, with a stucco ground floor and decorative dressings. It comprises a central section of eight bays flanked by four-bay wings, with a two-storey entrance bay at each end. Each house has two bays.

A flight of steps leads to the front doors, some of which are panelled and feature fanlights in round-arched surrounds. The windows are predominantly sash windows with glazing bars. First-floor side bays have round-arched stucco recesses incorporating large decorative paterae in the heads, above which are iron balconies and sashes. The window heads are formed by flat, gauged brick arches. The building is crowned by a cornice.
